About

Newlox Gold:

has implemented an environmentally and socially responsible process to profitably produce gold.

Newlox Gold Ventures Corp. has built and commissioned its first precious metals production facility in Costa Rica by implementing a custom-built environmentally and socially responsible remediation and gold recovery process. The Company is now ramping-up productivity at its first project and plans to utilize cash flow to fund aggressive growth across Latin America.

In collaboration with the Norman B. Keevil (Chairman Emeritus of Teck Resources) Institute of Mining Engineering at the University of British Columbia and its experienced team in Central America, Newlox Gold has established a waste remediation and gold recovery operation that is generating ever increasing cash flow.

By providing a valuable service to local stakeholders at locations with a large number of historical waste dumps (tailings) Newlox Gold delivers environmental and social benefits while improving economic wellbeing. The Company addresses this problem by reprocessing these materials to recover valuable precious minerals while cleaning up the environment.

Newlox Gold’s Go-Forward Strategy

After the commercialization of its first processing plant, Newlox Gold management will start implementing their regional growth strategy. This strategy is designed to rapidly deploy additional processing facilities in multiple jurisdictions beginning with projects in Central and South America, which are already currently at the due-diligence stage.

These processing facilities are designed to be constructed for roughly US$1.5 Million in CAPEX and will take 3 to 6 months to commission. These low-capex projects will quickly payback the initial investment and become moneymakers to support continued organic growth.

Newlox Gold’s Long-term Growth Objective

The long-term objective of Newlox Gold is to grow into a global gold producer and establish a dividend program, enabling its shareholders to participate in equity value growth, share in profits, and partake in positive environmental remediation projects while providing a high standard of social responsibility.
